Once you’ve booked, a member of the team will get in touch to arrange your session dates and times.
All sessions must be booked and completed within 3 months of purchase, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Bookings are non-refundable, but you can reschedule your session with at least 48 hours’ notice. If you give less than 48 hours’ notice or don’t attend, the session will be forfeited.
If Not Too Tame or Jimmy Fairhurst needs to rearrange for any reason, we’ll always do our best to offer a new date that works for you.
Online Sessions
If your mentorship takes place online, please make sure you’ve got a stable internet connection, a quiet space, and anything you need ready before we start.
Participants are not permitted to record sessions (audio or video) in any form. Not Too Tame may, with prior notice, record parts of a session for internal reflection or training purposes only — never for public sharing, and you’ll always be told in advance if that’s happening.
In-Person Sessions
If you’re meeting face-to-face, please arrive on time. Late arrivals can’t be extended past the agreed finish time.
